A few days before I sat down with the Lord to create this oil, a friend shared a powerful vision she had during worship. In it, she saw me sitting with the Holy Spirit, making an oil — and she said, “The oil was the blood of Jesus.”

That same week, I gathered my supplies and sat at the kitchen island in our apartment, inviting the Holy Spirit into that sacred moment. As I began blending, He gently highlighted each element — every drop chosen with purpose. Over and over, I kept hearing the words, “a sweet aroma.”

In the middle of that process, things got unexpectedly messy. Oil began spilling everywhere across the counter. In that instant, I heard the word, “overflow.” Then, some of it dripped onto my foot — and time felt like it stopped. I was suddenly overcome with the weight of His presence. It was as if the blood of Jesus had touched my feet, and I was standing before the Cross.

Tears filled my eyes as I heard one more word whispered to my spirit:
“Redeemed.”

That’s how Blood-Bought Overflow was born — through a holy, raw, and unforgettable encounter.
